Yes, absolutely. All products at Dipus Candor are 100% authentic and genuine. We source directly from trusted artisans and verified suppliers. Every item goes through a quality check before shipping. We never sell replicas or imitations.
How do I find the right product?+
Use the search bar at the top to search by name, brand, or keyword. Filter by category, price, or brand on the Shop page. You can also chat with our AI assistant for personalised recommendations.
What if a product is out of stock?+
Add it to your Wishlist and you will be notified when it is back. You can also contact us directly โ€” we may be able to source it for you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
Yes! We offer premium gift packaging for a small additional fee. Select the gift wrapping option at checkout and add your personal message.
Are the product photos accurate?+
We photograph all products in natural light to show accurate colours and details. Slight colour variation may occur due to different monitor settings, but we aim to represent products as accurately as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept: Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash mobile banking, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex via Stripe), and Razorpay (UPI and net banking). All online payments are 100% secure.
Is it safe to pay online?+
Yes. We use SSL encryption and industry-standard payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, bKash). We never store your card details on our servers.
Can I pay cash on delivery?+
Yes, COD is available for orders across Bangladesh. Pay when your order arrives at your door. A small verification call may be made before dispatch.
Do you offer instalment payments?+
Currently we do not offer instalment plans. However, you can pay via credit card and arrange instalments with your bank directly.

How long does delivery take?+
Inside Dhaka (Dhaka, Narayanganj, Gazipur): 1-2 business days at เงณ100. Outside Dhaka (all other districts): 2-4 business days at เงณ150. International orders: 7-14 days, fees vary by country.
Do you deliver to all districts?+
Yes! We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. For very remote areas (chars, haor regions), delivery may take 1-2 extra days.
How do I track my order?+
After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also log in to your account and go to My Orders to see the current status and tracking timeline.
What happens if I am not home?+
Our courier will call your number before delivery. They will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned and you can reschedule.

What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied, return the item within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?+
Contact us via email at admin@dipuscandor.com or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process. Defective item returns are fully covered by us.
When will I get my refund?+
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. The time to reach your account depends on your payment method (bKash: 1-2 days, card: 3-7 days).
Can I exchange an item?+
Yes, exchanges are available for size or colour variants, subject to stock availability. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Do I need an account to order?+
No! You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, manage your wishlist, and see your order history.
Can I register with my phone number?+
Yes. You can create an account using either your email address or mobile number. Phone registration includes SMS OTP verification for security.
I forgot my password. What do I do?+
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and we will send a password reset link (valid for 1 hour).
How do I cancel an order?+
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible but you can return it.
