Shipping FAQs
When will my order be shipped?+
Orders placed before 2 PM (SaturdayβThursday) are dispatched same day. Orders placed Friday or after 2 PM are dispatched the next working day.
How do I track my order?+
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account β My Orders.
What if I am not home for delivery?+
Our courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times. They will call your phone number before arriving. For redelivery, contact us with your order number.
Can I change my delivery address?+
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will update the address. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
Do you ship to all districts in Bangladesh?+
Yes! We ship to all 64 districts. Remote areas (chars, haor regions) may take 1-2 extra days.
